Fast Shipping
Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team prepares it for carrier pickup within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, this timeframe may be longer.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking link once it becomes available. The shipping time begins once the carrier has picked up the package as reflected on the tracking! Keep in mind, we don’t fulfill or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Just a heads-up: our fulfillment time applies to orders with Express and Expedited shipping as well, and things can take a little longer during holidays or big sales.
Domestic Exchanges & Returns (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories):
We want you to love your Paul Evans order. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items.
Please use a soft surface such as a rug or carpet to try on your shoes, as the soles will easily scratch if you walk on hardwood or concrete floors. Shoes with scuffed soles cannot be returned for a refund. If your shoes are sent back with creased leather, a $50 damage fee will be deducted from the refund.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY EXCHANGES
Orders placed between November 14th and December 31st will have an extended exchange window for the holidays. After the regular 14-day return window has ended, orders will not be eligible for a refund, but can be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 11th, 2026.
A $14 shipping and processing fee will apply to all returns/exchanges.
You can waive this fee by opting into Checkout+ for $7.98 at the time of purchase.
Opting into Checkout+ provides free returns/exchanges, and also includes order protection to cover your order in the event of a missing, stolen, or damaged package.
We require photos uploads for all return/exchange requests. This helps improve our quality control, and ensure that all of our customers receive products in excellent condition. We review requests daily on business days, and once approved, you will receive an email with your return label.
EXCHANGES
We offer one exchange per order for eligible items, and customers can choose between a standard and instant exchange. With a standard exchange, your new item will ship once the original item is returned back to us. With an instant exchange, your new order will be created immediately after putting down a $1 refundable deposit. For both exchange options, a return label is provided. Please note for standard exchanges, the new item is not reserved until your return is delivered, and the new exchange order is created.
RETURNING FOR A REFUND
All refunds are processed 5 days after receiving the item(s) back at our warehouse.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Please note final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
All products must be returned with their original packaging, and with the return label provided by Paul Evans in order to be processed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credit is unable to be converted into a refund once issued. We reserve the right to refuse your return or change the return fee if the product shows signs of wear, has been altered in any way, or if your account has been flagged for return abuse.
International Returns
We don't provide return labels for international shipments. To return your order, please ship the package to the address below within 14 days. We recommend keeping track of your shipping number and monitoring the package's journey, as we won't have visibility into the shipment once it leaves your hands and can't be held responsible for packages that go missing along the way.

Order Cancellations & Edits
Please be advised cancellations are not guaranteed but can be requested if the order has not yet been processed.
We are unable to make edits to orders other than changing the shipping address. Please note we can request to change the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed, but this is not guaranteed.
For any requests to cancel or change an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Warranty
We have a 6-month warranty for damage caused by a manufacturing defect, not including regular wear-and-tear.
