Pre-orders are fully refundable within 30 days. After that point we will partially refund you the order value less $100 of store credit per shoe and $50 store credit per leather belt. Does not apply to final sale orders.

Pre-orders are generally fulfilled in 3 to 6 months. Your patience is greatly appreciated while our artisans craft your order. Note that pre-orders are potentially subject to delays beyond our control (i.e., handmade nature of the leather good, importation process from Italy, global supply chain constraints, pandemics).
